FR703 is suitable for PBT specific halogen-free flame retardants.
FR703 is a phosphorus nitrogen based compound halogen-free flame retardant. This product achieves flame retardant effect through foaming. The thermoplastic polymer PBT containing FR703 foams and crosslinks upon exposure to fire, forming a stable coking carbon layer and isolation layer on the surface. The protective layer has a thermal insulation effect, which can reduce the entry of oxygen and prevent the dripping of molten polymer. FR703 is a white powder with high flame retardant efficiency in PBT. It does not corrode the mold during extrusion and is reasonably priced.

1. This product is packaged in paper bags with polyethylene liners, with a net weight of 25kg per package, and transported as a regular chemical.
2. The product should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. If stored according to the above conditions, the minimum shelf life is 12 months from the date of shipment. If stored for a long time or accidentally exposed to moisture, it is recommended to dry at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours before use.
