Description

1、 Product Introduction


FR601S is a compound halogen-free expansion flame retardant containing phosphorus and nitrogen macromolecules, which fully complies with the requirements of the EU RoHS environmental directive and relevant domestic policies and regulations for halogen-free, low smoke, and green flame retardant materials. Mainly used in PE and EVA materials, adding 22% -25% can achieve 1.6mm V-0; Talc powder and fiberglass can be filled in PE material. Compared to brominated antimony flame retardants, it has the advantages of not corroding molds during extrusion, being inexpensive, and having high flame retardant efficiency.

5、 Usage suggestions and precautions


1. Inorganic fillers such as talcum powder and calcium carbonate can reduce flame retardant efficiency.

2. This product is a highly efficient halogen-free flame retardant specially developed based on the combustion characteristics of polyethylene, and can also be used for other polyolefin materials such as PP, EPDM, etc.

3. During the processing, while ensuring the uniform dispersion of flame retardants, appropriate screw combinations and processing temperatures should be selected to avoid a decrease in flame retardant efficiency and foaming caused by the decomposition of flame retardants. It is recommended that the processing temperature range be between 170-190 ℃; During the process of pulling water strips, water should be released as soon as possible.

6、 Storage and transportation


1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical.

2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment. If stored for a long time or accidentally exposed to moisture, it is recommended to dry it at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours before use.
